Exceptional Cancer Care

Ireland Cancer Center is now UH Seidman Cancer Center at Southwest General and offers a wide range of cancer-related services for patients and their families.

A multidisciplinary team of specialists, led by our board-certified oncologists, focuses on providing an exceptional level of clinical care as well as compassionate, supportive care to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of each patient.

UH Seidman Cancer Center at Southwest General is a community-based location of University Hospitals (UH) Seidman Cancer Center, which is part of the Case Comprehensive Cancer Center and one of only a select group of centers in the country designated as a Comprehensive Cancer Center by the National Cancer Institute (NCI). Comprehensive Cancer Centers are nationally recognized for development and use of the most effective methods of early detection, treatment and prevention of cancer, including advanced treatments and clinical trials not available elsewhere.

UH SeidmanCancer Center at Southwest General is made possible through Southwest General’s partnering agreement with University Hospitals. The facility helps to assure that patients receive the same exceptional level of cancer care, close to home.
